Small Group Personal Training

Small Group PT is designed for anyone who wants more accountability and progression from their training.

With a maximum of six people per class, movements are adapted to your experience level and goals, while your progress is tracked across sessions so each week builds on the last.

This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. It’s coached, progressive strength training designed to move you forward.
