Barre

Barre is a full body workout designed to create foundations of a strong, healthy physique by targeting and isolating small muscle groups, using low weights and high repetitions inspired by ballet and pilates.

Boxing

Perfect the fundamentals of boxing, improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and develop speed, power, technique and accuracy with boxing.

Calisthenics

Master and control your own body with a range of exercises designed to build strength, conditioning and endurance with minimal equipment. Expect pull ups and dips.

Dance

Work up a sweat, learn new choreography and develop agility and balance with high energy classes designed for all levels.

High Intensity

Increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance by combining short intervals of working out at maximum output, with short rest periods of lower intensity.
