Power Yoga L2-3 is a challenging and progressive class which builds on the fundamentals of our L2 classes. This class is not about solely focusing on extreme postures or transitions but instead invites you to explore your personal mental and physical boundaries; ultimately bringing the awareness back to the integrity and execution of your yoga. This class is an opportunity for the more experienced yogi to re-tune their alignment, trishtana and meditation as well as their study of challenging asana. Unsuitable for beginners and pregnant women.
