These sessions are designed to give a solid grounding in boxing fitness and technique - so they are suitable for beginners or advanced customers who want to train hard and increase speed and agility. You’ll move between pad work and conditioning exercises, and we’ll make sure your heart rate is always up and your technique is on point. The studio is equipped with a range of functional fitness equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, kettle bells, and TRX - these are used during the class to engage customers with traditional boxing strength and conditioning training.
