Boxcon is our 45-minute signature class which combines boxing techniques with strength & conditioning exercises to provide an intense full-body workout. Suitable for first-timers and experienced boxers alike, expect to be pushed to your limits as you swap between bag sequences, bodyweight drills and resistance exercises with very little rest in between.
Boxcon is perfect for anyone looking to push themselves out of their comfort zone while implementing more boxing in their training programme. This one is not for the faint-hearted but perfect for anyone hoping to get fighting fit.
