Boxcon is our fun, high tempo and challenging signature boxing conditioning class.

Unpredictable and exciting, mixing up traditional training techniques and combinations drawn from the best boxers of the past century, to create a fast paced, energetic class open to all abilities.

Bag drills, skipping and mat work form a basis for a fat stripping cardio workout; coupled with exercises using medicine balls, dumb bells and ropes to build strength and coordination, whilst toughening and toning the core.

45 minutes of nonstop work provides a powerful cardiovascular hit, leaving clients invigorated and energised.
