This mobility class aims to train and expand your range of movement and the function of your hips, shoulders and spine through gymnastic based drills and skills. Using only your bodyweight you will increase your body awareness and build the correct technique for safe and effective training. Expect to work every single muscle in your body while developing your flexibility, core strength, balance and back bends.

BLOKmove sits on the schedule to compliment Calisthenics and Handstand training, giving you the foundation you need to become a master of your own movement.
