BLOKcore is our bespoke workout focusing on core strength and lower body toning. Core exercises include much more than just crunches, we focus on natural movement patterns using TRX suspension training and body weight exercises to improve core strength and stabilisation. You will work your core muscles doing exercises such as mountain climbers, pikes and leg raises, challenging your body through a large range of motion.

Our goal is to help you create a solid foundation for your body no matter what lifestyle you lead. The stronger the core, the better your posture and the more muscle definition you will see.

BLOKcore is a developmental class so whether or not you have a strong core to begin with, you will be guaranteed to feel the results after this class.
