A conscious breathing class that will accelerate all aspects of your training, recovery, wellbeing and beyond! In our pursuit of optimum health, it's easy to forget that our muscles need nourishment through the oxygen we breathe.

In this class, the instructor will take you through a series of breath techniques that will harness the full power of your breathing mechanism to increase strength, conditioning and focus whilst alleviating the effects of busy lifestyles.
