Barre is a method of training inspired by ballet and pilates. The focus of which is to target and isolate small muscle groups using no or low weights with high repetitions within a small range of movement. 
Using strength training combined with static stretching, regular barre classes work to improve posture, define and lengthen muscles and increase flexibility through low impact exercises - perfect if you’re coming back to exercise after a long break!
This class targets the whole body to cement the foundations of a strong healthy physique, suitable for all abilities.
