YIN YANG FLOW
This class combines the elements of surrender integral to a Yin practice with the elements of activation and connection integral to a yang practise. We will start with yin to settle and ground the body. Then move into dynamic vinyasa focusing on muscular action to develop strength, coordination and mobility before returning to yin to target the fascial layer of the body creating space and flexibility. Unblocking stiffness and restrictions of our energy flow.
