Find progression with Handstands at BLOK. True to the BLOK ethos, these skill-based classes will set you new challenges and reward dedication and perseverance. You will work from the foundations up, learning drills and exercises to build strength and flexibility that underpin a strong technique, resulting in the perfect handstand. Whatever your background, calisthenics or yoga, this class will focus on handstands in their own right. All levels welcome.
