CARDIO BARRE

Cardio barre takes the foundations of a barre workout and adds an extra challenge by taking the pace up a notch to make you sweat and increase fat loss. Cardio barre uses the structure of a regular barre class but expect the additions of gliders and more high impact exercises.

*Gliders are small round discs placed under your feet forcing you to engage your core to hold them in place as you move.
