Calisthenics is largely known as the art of mastering your body weight to improve muscular strength, endurance, mobility and overall fitness levels. Each BLOK Cali class, will push you beyond all your natural thresholds to increase your abilities via advanced pulling, pressing, lunging, twisting and bending body weight movements.

Not only will you be able to improve on your physical attributes through repetition and sweat, but you will also be able to develop your mental  toughness, focus and stamina. What you train and practice in this class-we endorse that you apply to your everyday life to handle stress, solve day to day problems and be more productive!
