Once you’ve perfected the pull up, dip, push up and hollow body, it’s time to learn some skill based movements and increase your strength gains. In the L2 class, we’ll work on the gymnastic rings and parallettes, you’ll learn how to perform impressive moves like the front lever, back lever, pull over, shoulder stand and the highly sought after muscle up!
