BOXING 60

Designed to develop and perfect the fundamentals of boxing while providing an exhaustive all-over workout, these technique-focused sessions will help develop timing, speed, power, technique, distance and accuracy while ensuring the heart rate is always high. 

To allow for social distancing, class sizes have been reduced, and to make this viable for us these sessions will now cost 2 credits. With smaller class sizes, there will be far more one-to-one coaching on footwork, shadow boxing and defensive driills. Every customer will have their own bag and access to weights, and the final section of each class will be about intelligent output, and learning how to keep your fundamentals on point when fatigue creeps in. 

All attendees will need to bring their own gloves and hand wraps are recommended for all participants. These can be bought from reception, click here for guidance on how to apply.
