BLOKflex is a hybrid class that focuses on the integrated body - improving flexibility to maximise strength. The class is split 50/50 HIIT and stretch.

Your session will start with a 25 minute high intensity, high impact workout and once your muscles are warm, we will take it down to the floor for a 25 minute static stretch. This is very much a developmental class and you can expect to improve cardio fitness, strength and flexibility week by week.
