Join Greg Cornthwaite, UK & Ireland Calisthenics champion 2016 and Human Flag champion in 2017, for an open-level Bar Muscle Up workshop. In this workshop you will learn the specific movement preparation for the muscle up, step by step strength progressions and drills to stimulate neural muscle activation and patterning.  

He will work with you 1-1 to determine what grip is right for you, how to optimise the timing of the swing, how to transition and how to select the correct power development exercises to optimise muscle recruitment and progress. He will also cover spotting techniques, the do’s and don’ts when trying to achieve your first muscle up, and the importance of shoulder health.
