Zoe’s entry into yoga came through her Boxing training when her coach suggested it to compliment her other workouts. After personal tribulations surrounding kidney surgery and mental health, Yoga soon became crucial to Zoe’s recovery and played an integral part of her new lifestyle from then on. Zoe is able to call on her past experiences to assist students with their own physical and emotional healing through her challenging and honest classes. Zoe’s down to earth teaching style supports beginners and advanced practitioners alike. With her Baptiste (Power) and Forrest Yoga background influencing her style you can expect breath work, hands on assists and a considered focus on alignment.
