Wen is a former professional dancer. She trained at the Boston Ballet and the School of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater but mostly dances in her living room these days (@yogetoverit).

She has since trained in Rocket, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa and Tripsichore yoga and her classes reflect these dynamic, fluid styles. 

Expect to sweat to an eclectic playlist with a focus on long breaths, smooth transitions and inversions.
