TOM

Tom has been practicing yoga since 2003; in 2015 he trained as a teacher with Stewart Gilchrist. Stewart remains his teacher and mentor. 

Tom teaches Mantra, Asana, breath control (Pranayama), conscious focus (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana) in a restorative but physically demanding practice. Expect positive hands-on adjustments, use of props and psychedelic sounds.
