A drama school student, Sian was inspired by a positive movement teacher who specifically guided her through a ‘body conditioning system’. Although mentally and physically challenging, Sian found the calming and strengthening effects life changing. She decided to carry on her yoga practice and took her training in goa, where she felt a huge body and mind transformation. She’s drawn into the deep spirituality of the practice because of its healing aspects. You can expect a varied dynamic sequence in her classes, which focus on the fundamentals of ashtanga: breath, flow and gaze. She’s passionate about serving the unique needs of her students and aiding you in your journey on and off the mat. You’ll leave feeling energised, uplifted and deeply relaxed.
