Always active and a keen footballer, Sam has more recently been working in schools with challenging children, which made him want to help people to use fitness for their motivation and enthusiasm. His favorite things to teach are calisthenics, primal movement and boot camp workshops. He wants his classes to offer people a work out you couldn’t achieve at home, so expect to be kept on your toes and really pushed to the limits. He likes working through body weakness and aims to teach people how to break down individual barriers of pain.
