Peace's love for yoga began 10 years ago and after a personal tragedy in 2013 she decided to delve deeper. After completing her foundation training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, she later achieved her 500 hours RYT training with the styles of Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Peace believes that the base of a good practice stems from building strength and maintaining a strong core. She incorporates this within her sequencing whilst encouraging students to bring a playfulness to their individual practice. Through the challenges she teaches us to remain compassionate and self-aware, moving safely in our bodies every time.
