Whilst teaching yoga and dance, Paleta has begun creating her own fitness class which combines yoga, dance and mixed martial arts. Dancing since very young, she prefers to be seen as a movement artist. She discovered vogueing in new york which she has taken more seriously over the last few years. Her favourite classes to teach are yogueing, ashtanga and vinyassa. With numerous dance awards under her belt she encourages you to express your individuality and after all the sweat and hardwork, you’ll no doubt leave the class feeling balanced and calm.
