As our Head of Fitness, Lotti's ethos is all about moving your body in as many ways as possible in order to create the strongest, healthiest and most balanced body, whilst enjoying the exploration of ways in which you can move (often in time to the beat). After many years of classical ballet she went on to train in heavy weapon stage combat meaning her classes encompass the fluidity and flexibility of the first with the sweat and vigor of the second. Lotti teaches as she trains herself: incorporating everything from Barre to High intensity, from Strength and Conditioning to Yoga.
