Letty has all the moves. A trained dancer across a number of disciplines, including Ballet and Contemporary, she then took up yoga to prevent injury and increase her strength and flexibility. Now with over three years experience as a yoga instructor Letty's classes are also a lesson in human anatomy, agility and breath. Her Dynamic Vinyasa classes will work your body and sense of flow. You can leave your dancing shoes at home, but be prepared for a serious workout.
