Jay is an Advanced STOTT Pilates instructor based in East London. He comes from a strong dance background and has worked internationally in Musical Theatre since 2003.

Jay was introduced to Pilates whilst training as a circus aerialist in London and New York and found it to be an effective practice for developing core strength, flexibility, coordination and good postural alignment. He offers a dynamic and challenging class, which is open to everyone: from complete beginners wishing to improve their core strength through to advanced Pilates practitioners, pre- and postnatal clients, dancers, fitness trainers and stage performers.

The focus in the class is on a well-balanced, versatile and progressive program to condition and rehabilitate the body whilst obtaining optimal strength and fitness. You can find out more about Jay and his work at
