Helen came to yoga to combat the stresses (and indulgences) of fast-pace city life.
Through yoga she found agility, balance, confidence and just kept practicing until it became a natural decision to become an instructor. For her, yoga is about strength, space and flexibility - both on and off the mat.
Physically that means greater stamina and increased mobility, but for her it also means clarity, awareness and choice on a mental and emotional level.
