Harriet fell in love with movement and went on to train as a professional dancer at The Broadway Dance Centre in NYC. Her passion for Pilates began when, with regular practice, the aches and pains of a grueling training regime started to melt away and left her feeling stronger, longer and leaner than she had in years.

Harriet’s ethos is that we should exercise to nourish our bodies. Focusing on alignment and breath, Harriet's classes are effective and challenging, leaving you feeling strong and energized, celebrating your body for the power house it is.
