Georgia is professionally trained in a variety of dance techniques having specialized in ballet, contemporary and jazz. She has danced for ‘the wanted’, strictly come dancing, and children in need.

It was through dance injury rehabilitation that Georgia learnt the value of strengthing exercises - and now her sessions focus strength, toning and flexibility - all to the rhythm of the music. She pays particular attention to technique, posture and alignment ensuring you feel the burn in the right places!
