Dee trains and competes in Muay Thai and has a passion for boxing and martial arts. An advanced level personal trainer and certified fight conditioning coach, she gets a real buzz from seeing peoples confidence develop as they learn new skills, and their fitness improves. With a background in yoga, Dee believes in a well rounded approach to fitness, helping you develop not only strength and cardiovascular health but flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance.
