Dee trains and competes in muay thai, and has a passion for boxing and martial arts.

An advanced level personal trainer and certified fight conditioning coach, she gets a real buzz from seeing peoples confidence develop as they learn new skills, and their fitness improves.

With a background in yoga, Dee believes in a well rounded approach to fitness, helping you develop not only strength and cardiovascular health but flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance.

Dee will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, classes are results driven with emphasis on correct technique, but are always fun, expect to leave feeling beasted but empowered!
