Claire Shaw is a passionate and highly experienced and teacher of Yoga, Pilates, dance and fitness. She trained as a professional dancer and has been practicing Yoga for 10 years, offering a practice where classical forms mix with other influences such as martial arts, contemporary dance and climbing. Her mission is to provide classes which are accessible to all whilst providing each student with the opportunity to challenge themselves, have fun and reach beyond what they thought was possible, achieving balance and strength both off and on the mat. Expect to sweat, work hard and laugh!
She offers a practice, which mixes classical Yoga with other movement forms such as martial arts, dance and climbing. Breath and alignment is key.
