Chloe is a fitness and wellness expert having completed her Level 3 qualification from Body Control Pilates, a 230 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course and an MA in Movement Psychotherapy. A classically trained dancer for 12 years, Chloe has performed with Matthew Bourne's award winning New Adventure's Dance Company as a principal and ensemble artist. Chloe's classes are welcoming yet challenging. Together you will work on strengthening the deep intrinsic core muscles whilst growing awareness around the breath and mindful movement, in turn creating strong, healthy bodies.
