Beth started dancing at a young age, specializing in both ballet and contemporary. 

She danced professionally for the royal ballet in london, the hong kong ballet and national ballet of bordeaux.

Following numerous injuries, she fell in love with teaching and was inspired to become a fitness instructor.

She has a wide range of skills and experience that she brings to her teaching. Her classes aim at improving full body strength, cardio, posture and flexibility, whilst enjoying exercise.
