Amie likes to be creative with her sessions in terms of training methods, using her extensive knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation. Qualified in advanced strength and conditioning, strongman, Olympic lifting, suspension training and much more, her versatility will provide a class that will be unique and aimed towards learning new exercises and techniques
During 1-1 sessions Amie works closely with the client's specific goals, adhering to what it is that they want out of their program. Weight loss, fat loss, hypertrophy or even sport specific; having coached and played with many advanced teams in the past.
