WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST CLASS?
Introduce yourself to your instructor and let them know it’s your first class. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have and anything the instructor needs to know, the more information they have the better.
ARE THESE CLASSES BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Yes. Our classes are catered for all levels .Let your specialised instructor know at the start of class and they will be able to advise you of modifications throughout the class. We do recommend intermediate experience for Rocket and Dharma yoga classes.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and trainers and bringing a water bottle. If you’re attending a barre, yoga or pilates class you won’t need any shoes. If you’ve booked on to a Boxing or Boxcon class you’ll need to bring hand wraps or purchase them from the front desk for £5. If you plan to shower at the studio towels are £1.
HOW DO I CHECK-IN?
Our friendly Front of House team will welcome you, all you need to do is let them know what class you’re booked in for and your name. They’ll check you in and direct you to the changing rooms and which studio your class is taking place in.
