BLOKPARTY WITH HELENA - CLAPTON

Connect to your body, move to the music and lose your inhibitions. 

During this two hour workshop, BLOK instructor Helena will turn up the music and guide you through a series of dance movements that will challenge your cardio fitness whilst also working on the glutes and abs through twerking, deep squats and plyometrics. This workshop is fun for both the body and mind, providing an intense workout and a welcomed break from the stress of city life. Expect to leave feeling elated and ready to hit the dance floor. 

This workshop is suitable for all levels of dance experience.

BALL & BAND STRENGTH WITH KEITH - CLAPTON

Ball and band strength is a light load, low impact, high intensity workout that involves explosive movements, without the use of heavy weights. This two hour workshop tends to all fitness levels and accommodates participants with current or recovering injuries. 

Expect to use slam balls, resistance bands and gliders to combine light load strength with cardio fitness to achieve an intense full body workout.
